We will complete our experience with a soft breathwork practice.
Breathwork is good for improving our capacity to handle stress. It helps us by calming our nervous system, improving circulation, boosting our immune system, improving sleep, and cleansing our digestive system.

About the instructor:
Cara teaches feminine energetic wealth through breathwork, embodiment practices, self nourishment and movement. In addition she mentors couples on how to create more connection and intimacy through breathwork and communication.
She has a rich toolbox to offer as she to walks along side others in transitions of many kinds. She facilitates in person and online group sessions, workshops and retreats.
