PEACEFUL YOGA IN THE PARK

Join us for a gentle, grounding practice in the serene setting of Julia Davis Park near the Rose Garden. This all-levels class is designed to calm the mind, soften the body, and connect you to the nature. Practicing outdoors, with your feet rooted to the earth and the breeze on your skin, helps release tension and restore inner balance.

Perfect for all levels, including beginners. Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need for comfort.
