MINDFUL NOURISHMENT: EATING AWARENESS & YOGA WORKSHOP

Join us for a unique workshop that blends mindful eating practices and yoga to help you cultivate a balanced, intentional approach to food and body connection. In this 2 hour journey, you will be guided through conscious eating exercises and meditation, followed by a gentle yoga flow designed to increase body awareness and release stomach tension. Learn to be fully present, savor, and feel completely nourished.

Afterward, enjoy a thoughtfully curated grazing table, where you'll have 45 minutes to practice embodied eating with a variety of fresh, nourishing foods. This experience encourages you to apply the awareness gained in the workshop, noticing flavors, textures, and the pleasure of eating in a relaxed, mindful setting.
