Grounding Flow is an all levels vinyasa class that focuses on moving with intention, breath, and awareness. Vinyasa is a style of yoga where postures are linked together in a smooth, continuous way, creating a steady flow from one shape to the next. Movement is guided by the breath, helping you build strength, mobility, and focus while staying present in your body.

This grounding practice is especially supportive for a midday reset. Designed to fit naturally into the middle of your day, the class helps release built up tension, reconnect you to your breath, and bring your energy back into balance. You’ll move enough to feel refreshed and clear headed without feeling depleted or overstimulated.

Expect a balanced practice with a gentle warm up, standing sequences, simple transitions, and time to slow down and reset. Options are offered throughout so you can move at your own pace and honor where your body is that day. The emphasis is on feeling steady, centered, and supported rather than pushing or performing.
