Core Awakening is a mindful, strength focused yoga class designed to wake up your body from the inside out. This is not a typical abs class. Instead of fast crunches or burnout drills, we focus on building deep core strength through intentional movement, breath, and alignment.

The core is the center of everything you do, supporting posture, balance, and stability throughout your day. In this morning practice, we gently activate the muscles that support your spine and pelvis, helping you feel taller, more connected, and energized as you start your day. Movements are purposeful and controlled, allowing strength to build in a sustainable way.

Expect a balanced blend of slow, intelligent strength work, flowing sequences, and moments of awareness that help you move with more ease and confidence. Options are offered throughout so you can meet your body where it is, whether you’re new to core work or looking to deepen your strength.

Core Awakening is ideal for starting your day feeling strong, awake, and supported, setting a steady foundation for the rest of your day.
